We Studied the Board. Now We’re Changing the Game

The future of beauty is shifting—and we are creating the shift. Leading the shift. We have the audacity to write and build an entirely new system and a new plan of execution. One defined by us. For us. Designed to support us.

This is about more than products.It’s about infrastructure.It’s about ownership.It’s about access.

We are creating career pathways and opportunities that propel talent beyond the current system’s roadblocks. Our aim is not good. It’s not even great.

It’s extraordinary.

We are not creating for acceptance.We are not creating for the gaze of a declining system.We are not asking to be included.

We waited. We observed. And we decided we are going beyond it.

We are aiming to soar above and beyond this current system and meet the needs of Black women and girls—on our terms and for our future.

This system has not been favorable to us. We understand that clearly. So we are doing away with outdated structures, tired blueprints, and recycled plans. We are building something new.

A new blueprint.A new solution.A thriving system that ensures and supports Black women and girls.

And we are doing it our way.

HUESKINB is one of one.

We are creating meaning—and bringing that meaning into the world for Black women and girls. For too long, we remained on the sidelines of society, forced into conformity.

Told to “get in where we fit in” just to survive.

But while we were there, we were observing.

We studied the board.We watched the moves.We understood the strategy.

Now we move forward with everything we learned.

A new way.A new plan.A new direction.

Not just healing—but stability. Not just visibility—but infrastructure. Not just survival—but sovereignty.
